Behind this coffee is Rolando Martinez, a former agricultural engineer who transformed his expertise into passion for coffee cultivation over the past 15 years. On his farm Amor de Dios, cherries are handpicked only at peak ripeness, meticulously washed, and fermented for less than 24 hours before drying on African beds—ensuring clarity, sweetness, and complexity in every sip.

This fully washed Catuai & Caturra lot is a true expression of Bolivian terroir: bright, indulgent, and velvety, with a flavour profile that lingers long after the last sip. Perfect for those who love elegant acidity wrapped in chocolate richness.
